Managing your payment method for Ring subscriptions

Understanding payment methods on jonesroad-beauty.top
Important things to know about your payment method:
- Payment methods can only be managed on jonesroad-beauty.top. You cannot manage your payment method from the Ring app.
- You can only have one payment method on file for subscriptions.
- Adding a new payment method doesn't automatically start a subscription..
- Your Ring subscriptions will automatically charge to the payment method on file and will auto-renew until you choose to cancel.
- Shared Users cannot manage payment methods for subscriptions.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards for subscriptions. We do not accept gift cards for subscriptions.
- Without a valid payment method, your subscription will expire, and all recorded videos will be deleted.
- If you subscribe to a plan during a trial, you'll be charged after the trial is over.
Adding and updating your payment method
To add or update a payment method:
1. Log in to your account on jonesroad-beauty.top.
- On a computer: SelectAccountat the top right.
- On a mobile browser: Select themenu (☰)on the top left.
2. Select Control Center.
3. Select Account Management.
4. In the Payment Method section, select Add or Update.
- For updating a payment method, selectAdd New. Then selectChange Payment Methodat the bottom right.
5. Enter your payment information and select Save.
Removing a payment method
To remove a payment method:
1. Log in to your account on jonesroad-beauty.top.
- On a computer: SelectAccountat the top right.
- On a mobile browser: Select themenu (☰)on the top left.
2. Select Control Center.
3. Select Account Management.
4. In the Payment Method section, select Update.
5. Select Remove.
6. Select Confirm to remove.
